Howard Paster Named to TCB 100: The People to Know in 2022

Congratulations to Howard Paster, President & Owner of Paster Properties, for being recognized as a Twin Cities' innovator driving change in the year ahead.

Each year, Twin Cities Business (TCB) editors round up a list of trailblazers, thought leaders, and key players likely to be influential to the business community in the coming year. We are proud to announce that our own Howard Paster has been selected among 100 Twin Cities innovators to keep an eye on in 2022.

Joining the firm in 2000, Howard is the third generation to lead the family real estate business. Traditionally, Paster Properties has owned neighborhood, grocery-anchored retail shopping centers. The firm has expanded its development capabilities in recent years, focusing on projects that create value by connecting retail and housing opportunities to community needs.

TCB highlights the redevelopment of the Porter Electric building in the North Loop and the Texa-Tonka Shopping Center as notable achievements for the firm. These efforts have brought once shabby spaces to hip destinations, attracting tenants like award-winning Revival restaurant, Angel Food Bakery + Donut Bar, Lululemon, and Minnesota's first downtown distillery, Stilheart Distillery & Cocktail Lounge.

TCB also recognizes Paster Properties' diversification into multi-family housing, highlighting the new 112-unit apartment building under construction near Texa-Tonka Shopping Center in St. Louis Park.
