As Principal and Chief Development Officer, Mike’s primary responsibilities at Paster involve sourcing and executing development and acquisition projects for Paster. Mike provides leadership and insight into many areas of our business including leasing, construction, development, and market insight. Mike has been instrumental in forming new joint venture partnerships, business growth, and expansion into multifamily development in recent years. Since joining Paster in 2013, Mike has completed over $250 million dollars in project development, acquisitions, and transactions for Paster.
Prior to joining Paster Properties in 2013, Mike worked with Twin Cities based developers CSM Corporation and HJ Development.
Mike volunteers his time with many organizations and has been involved with various Boards and Committees throughout the Twin Cities commercial real estate industry. Mike studied Finance at Metropolitan State University and has obtained his CCIM designation.
A native of the Twin Cities, Mike resides in Minnetonka with his wife Masada, son Noah, daughter Talia and a beloved yellow lab. He spends his free time cycling, running, spending time outdoors and has a fascination (obsession) with cars and other toys that go fast.
