Chad is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Paster. With 20+ years of finance, accounting, and operations experience, Chad is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team at Paster. Chad provides leadership in many facets of our business including finance, asset management, human resources, information technology, and investor relations.
Combining innovative thinking with extensive experience, Chad has been instrumental in transforming our business since 2010, and enabling the company’s growth. He began his career in audit and consulting roles at the Minneapolis office of Ernst & Young and later worked as Director of Finance for Naterra Land, a Twin Cities based property development firm.
An Iowa native who earned his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Chad achieved CPA certification in 2000 and CCIM designation in 2017.
Chad lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota. He and his wife Vickie are actively engaged raising their three children Charlie, Avery & Andie, and are inching closer to being empty nesters! Chad enjoys traveling, snowboarding, golfing, cooking, and is a car enthusiast with huge wish list!
