A neighborhood fixture along the Highway 55 corridor, Golden Valley Shopping Center has anchored the surrounding community for decades. Paster acquired the center in the summer of 2025 and is now in the midst of a comprehensive renovation and remerchandising effort — refreshing the property and curating a new mix of tenants that better serve the neighborhood.
