Opening up the space

Our renovations included opening the existing lobby area to create congregational space for tenants and visitors and to increase interior branding visibility for incoming tenants.

Office spaces on floors two through four demolished previous tenant buildouts and returned each floor to its original exposed brick and timber construction.

This opened each floor to previously hidden natural light by exposing the large arched windows on the building’s south side.

In addition to the lobby re-design, new bike lockers were constructed. Upgraded lighting was added throughout the lobby first floor common areas.
