PASTER PROPERTIES SECURES MEDICAL SPA FOR MINNETONKA DEVELOPMENT
Minneapolis, Minn., September 18, 2017- St. Louis Park-based Paster Properties, a transformative developer and manager of neighborhood retail projects in the Twin Cities, is proud to announce that a lease has been secured for LightRx to open a 1,572-square-foot medical spa at The Shops at 1700 in Minnetonka.
Whether you want to drop a dress size, melt fat, target cellulite, tighten skin, turn back the hands of time, or say goodbye to unwanted hair, the LightRx Face & Body team will customize a plan using the latest medical devices to help achieve your goals. FDA-cleared, non-invasive services include body contouring, cellulite reduction, skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal. LightRx has over 60 clinics from coast to coast with two more planned to open in Edina and Eagan next month, before opening the third location at The Shops at 1700.

LightRx will be joining Highland Bank, Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels at The Shops at 1700, which is located across the street from Ridgedale Center. Farm and Vine, a fast casual concept that allows customers to create their own bowls and wraps, will also be opening at the property this October. Following Farm and Vine, T-Mobile is slated to open at the mixed use property in early 2018.
